Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain MyChart modules and workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Enhance patient portal features like scheduling, telehealth, and messaging
- Provide training and support to staff and patients.
- Collaborate with teams to meet compliance and performance standards
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science
- Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of MyChart or Epic system support; Epic certification preferred.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management abilities; knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare IT workflows.
