1+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Cadence, Grand Central, Prelude, Referrals, and SER

Experience working with ServiceNow for incident and request management

Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills

Highly customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset

Ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision
Preferred / Nice to Have Skills
Candidates with these skills will be given preference.

Experience with Epic Security

Knowledge of Epic patient and referral workqueues

Experience with Epic Place of Service configuration
