Required Skills (Must Have)

Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Cadence, Grand Central, Prelude, Referrals, and SER

  • Experience working with ServiceNow for incident and request management

  • Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills

  • Highly customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision

Preferred / Nice to Have Skills

Candidates with these skills will be given preference.

  • Experience with Epic Security

  • Knowledge of Epic patient and referral workqueues

  • Experience with Epic Place of Service configuration

  • Familiarity with Epic Logistics
