Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Epic Tapestry Analysts to support Jefferson Health Plan. Ideal candidates will have active Epic Tapestry certifications and hands-on experience in health plan operations, claims processing, medical management, or member enrollment workflows.

External provider portal

Prior experience supporting Epic Tapestry in a payer/health plan environment

Strong analytical, configuration, and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and documentation abilities
