Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 9+ years of Epic build experience, with a strong focus on Epic Resolute Hospital Billing
-
Broad, hands-on experience with Epic HB and Claims configuration, build, and optimization

Strong understanding of hospital revenue cycle workflows, billing processes, and claims management
-
Experience supporting end users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving billing-related defects

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Epic system solutions

Experience working in large healthcare systems or academic medical centers preferred

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders
Key Responsibilities

Configure, build, and maintain Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Claims modules

Support system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives

Analyze billing workflows and recommend system improvements

Troubleshoot complex billing and claims issues and provide timely resolutions

Partner with revenue cycle, compliance, and IT teams to ensure accurate billing processes

Participate in testing, validation, and documentation of Epic changes
