Job#:1941 - Epic Bridges Interface Analyst

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and support interfaces using Epic Bridges and associated Epic tools.
Manage data conversions and migrations between Epic and external systems.
Collaborate with Epic application teams, technical staff, and third-party vendors to ensure reliable and secure data exchange.
Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues in production and non-production environments.
Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Develop and maintain comprehensive interface documentation, including technical specifications, data mapping, and workflow details.
Participate in system upgrades, validation, and interface regression testing activities.

Required Qualifications

Epic Bridges Certification (required).
Proven experience building, configuring, and supporting Epic interfaces.
Strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards.
Experience with data conversions, ETL processes, and data mapping.
Familiarity with interface engines (e.g., Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, Mirth, etc.) preferred.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment.
