Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Lead and mentor a team of integration professionals, fostering growth, accountability, and innovation.

Oversee staffing, performance management, and professional development across integration and data archiving functions.

Epic Integration & Data Management
-
Drive integration strategies leveraging Epic tools such as Bridges, Interconnect, Clarity, and Radar.

Ensure alignment of integration architecture across Epic modules including ADT, Orders/Results, Resolute HB/PB, Willow, OpTime, Stork, Beacon, and Healthy Planet.

Technical Integration Strategy

Lead technical initiatives involving HL7, FHIR, X12/EDI, DICOM, and APIs to support interoperability and data exchange.

Ensure compliance with security and privacy best practices across integration layers.

Enterprise Impact & Alignment

Translate integration capabilities into tangible outcomes in patient safety, compliance, financial performance, and data analytics.

Support enterprise reporting, real-time data exchange, and long-term data retention strategies, including data archiving.

Executive Engagement & Vendor Management

Collaborate with C-suite stakeholders including the CIO, CMIO, CFO, and operational leaders to align integration strategy with organizational goals.

Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service quality, strategic alignment, and value delivery from Epic and third-party integration partners.

Innovation & Future-readiness

Champion innovation through interoperability to enable AI, telehealth, remote patient monitoring (RPM), predictive analytics, and patient engagement platforms.

Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to future-proof integration infrastructure.

Required Qualifications
-
Epic Certifications/Experience in Bridges, Interconnect, Clarity, Radar, and deep familiarity with key Epic modules.

Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional integration and data teams.

Expertise in HL7, FHIR, X12/EDI, DICOM, APIs, and interoperability frameworks.

Strong understanding of security protocols and data governance best practices.
-
Demonstrated success in executive engagement and vendor/partner management.
-
Strategic thinker with ability to align technical execution to business and clinical outcomes.
-
Track record of enabling innovation through integration — AI, telehealth, analytics, and digital health applications.
