Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Cath Lab Subject Matter Expert to support operational improvements across Cath Lab/EP services. The role will focus on workflow optimization, scheduling, staffing, utilization, capacity, and procedural efficiency. The candidate will collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, and operational leaders to identify improvement opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, and support implementation.
Required Skills:
- Strong Cath Lab and/or EP operational experience.
- Expertise in workflow, scheduling, staffing, throughput, and capacity management.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze operational data and recommend improvements.
- Experience in hands-on operational improvement and implementation.
- Ability to influence clinical and operational stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in onsite workflow assessments and performance reviews.
- Knowledge of patient flow, access, and procedural efficiency.
- Experience working with physicians and clinical leadership.
- Healthcare consulting or performance improvement experience.
Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel to Maine up to 85% of the time, typically 3–4 full onsite days every other week, with occasional consecutive weeks of travel. Travel is mandatory and non-negotiable.
