Job Description:
Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Oracle Learning Cloud Functional Lead to drive end-to-end solution design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle Learning Management Cloud (OLC), with a focus on learning transformation and compliance training.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Learning Cloud functional design, configuration, and implementation.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and provide solution advisory.
- Configure learning catalogs, courses, offerings, certifications, and learning journeys.
- Manage data migration and integrations with Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, and third-party content providers.
- Develop OTBI dashboards, BI Publisher reports, and support HDL and HCM Extracts.
- Lead SIT/UAT, go-live, and post-production hypercare.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience in Oracle HCM / HR Technology.
- 10+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant or Lead roles.
- At least 3 Oracle Learning Cloud implementations.
- Experience in global implementations and full lifecycle delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Learning & Development, compliance training, and certifications.
- Expertise in Oracle Learning Cloud, Core HR integrations, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Learning Cloud certification.
- Healthcare industry implementation experience.
- Experience with LMS migration, LXP integrations, APIs, and Agile delivery methodologies.
