Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer with Tableau

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer with Tableau expertise to design, develop, and implement scalable analytics solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with dashboards, datasets, dataflows, recipes, SAQL, SOQL, and data integration to deliver actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CRMA/Tableau CRM dashboards, lenses, datasets, and reports.
• Build and optimize dataflows, recipes, and data sync processes.
• Develop SAQL and SOQL queries for advanced reporting, calculations, and drill-down analysis.
• Create interactive dashboards using bindings, dynamic filters, and custom JSON configurations.
• Integrate Salesforce and external data sources to deliver unified analytics solutions.
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive reports for Sales, Service, and Operations.
• Ensure data quality, optimize dashboard performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and participate in Agile development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, or similar tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA/Tableau CRM).
• Proficiency in SAQL, SOQL, data modeling, dataflows, recipes, and dashboard development.
• Experience with Tableau and enterprise data integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience using AI-powered coding assistants to enhance development efficiency.
