Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to support billing workflows, configuration, testing, and production support.
Required Skills & Responsibilities

Epic Resolute PB Certification required.

Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and billing workflows.

Experience with claims processing, charge capture, billing configuration, and reimbursement.

Support system build, testing, troubleshooting, and production issues.

Collaborate with business users and technical teams to optimize billing workflows.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Epic PB implementations, upgrades, and optimization.

Knowledge of denials, payment posting, and collections.
