Job Description:
ClinDCast is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Healthcare IT Analyst I to support healthcare IT implementations, EHR applications, system integrations, data migration, and technical operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with technical teams and healthcare clients to analyze system requirements, troubleshoot application issues, support technology projects, and ensure smooth healthcare IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with healthcare application support, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Support EHR implementation, data migration, and system integration projects.
- Perform basic SQL queries, data analysis, and data validation.
- Assist with software testing, identifying issues, and documenting results.
- AI & Automation: Explore and use AI tools to automate routine tasks, improve workflows, and support technical operations. Assist technical teams with AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI-powered applications.
- Gather and document technical requirements and workflows.
- Work with technical teams to resolve application and data-related issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project updates.
- Participate in client meetings, training sessions, and project activities.
- Follow healthcare data privacy and security guidelines, including HIPAA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field preferred.
- 0 - 2 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, and software applications.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or AI automation platforms.
- Basic understanding of Python, APIs, or scripting is a plus.
- Knowledge of EHR systems, HL7, or FHIR is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new healthcare technologies and AI solutions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
