Epic Radiant and Cupid Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Epic Radiant/Cupid Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance Epic's Radiant and Cupid applications. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of radiology and cardiology workflows, Epic application configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

The analyst will work closely with radiologists, cardiologists, technologists, nurses, clinical stakeholders, and IT teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective Epic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Epic Radiant and/or Cupid applications.
• Analyze clinical and operational requirements and translate them into Epic application solutions.
• Configure and optimize Radiant/Cupid workflows based on organizational requirements.
• Support radiology and cardiology scheduling, exam/procedure workflows, documentation, resulting, and reporting processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
• Participate in system design, configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Develop and execute test scripts for new functionality, upgrades, enhancements, and fixes.
• Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to identify workflow improvements.
• Support Epic upgrades, new implementations, optimization initiatives, and enhancement projects.
• Investigate defects and work with technical teams to resolve integration and application issues.
• Create and maintain application documentation, workflow diagrams, build specifications, and testing documentation.
• Participate in requirements gathering, change management, and release management activities.
• Provide end-user support and assist with training when required.
• Collaborate with other Epic application teams and interface/integration teams.
