Product Manager (AI)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager (AI) to lead the strategy and delivery of AI/ML and GenAI products, with a focus on conversational AI and LLM-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Own product roadmap, backlog, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Define product success metrics and leverage evaluation/quality data to drive improvements.
- Experience managing AI/ML or GenAI products, ideally conversational AI or LLM-based solutions.
- Familiarity with GCP, Vertex AI, CCAI, or comparable cloud AI platforms is highly preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is a plus.
