- Seeking a Healthcare System Analyst with strong knowledge of healthcare payer processes, including Eligibility & Enrollment, Provider Contract Pricing, Claims Adjudication, Billing, Appeals & Grievances.
- Strong hands-on experience with Facets from a System Analyst/Developer perspective, including data models, architecture, benefits, claims, and end-to-end process flows.
- Strong SQL skills; .NET / Full-Stack development experience is preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting complex production issues, performing data analysis, and owning issues through resolution.
- Ability to work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of Facets benefits and claims is highly preferred.
