Job Description:
- Lead Epic Beacon application design, build, testing, maintenance, and production support.
- Collaborate with end users to design and optimize Epic Beacon workflows and configurations.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and implement system enhancements.
- Lead small to medium-sized Epic projects, upgrades, new functionality adoption, and workflow enhancements.
- Provide expertise in Epic application configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution.
- Participate in design, validation, and implementation sessions and maintain required documentation.
- Analyze workflows, data, reports, and technical issues to recommend solutions.
- Monitor production applications and provide application support, including on-call coverage as required.
- Mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders, trainers, and business partners.
- Ensure compliance with system configuration, change control, and organizational standards.
Required Skills:
- Epic Beacon Certification
- 5+ years of Epic application experience
- Strong Epic Beacon configuration, workflow, testing, and production support experience
Desired Skill:
- Epic Willow Inpatient Certification
