Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PACS Administrator / RIS Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS).
Required Skills & Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support PACS and RIS applications.
- Manage imaging workflows, user access, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Support DICOM, HL7, and healthcare imaging integrations.
- Work with radiologists, technologists, clinicians, and IT teams to resolve application and workflow issues.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Support imaging data migration, archive management, and disaster recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security, and healthcare data standards.
- Participate in testing, implementation, optimization, and production support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with major PACS/RIS platforms such as Sectra, Philips, GE Healthcare, Fujifilm, Agfa, or Change Healthcare.
- Strong understanding of radiology workflows and healthcare interoperability.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
