Blue Yonder Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder Consultant with strong expertise in supply chain planning and Blue Yonder SCPO / Cognitive IBP implementations. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to design, configure, and implement scalable supply chain planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct discovery sessions to understand supply chain networks, operating models, planning processes, system landscapes, and business objectives.
Lead end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder SCPO / Cognitive IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Scheduling, and S&OP/IBP.
Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, configurations, and planning workflows.
Define planning calendars, hierarchies, measures, and integration touchpoints.
Analyze data from multiple sources and ensure solutions align with industry best practices and client objectives.
Lead workshops, design sessions, UAT, solution validation, and go-live readiness activities.
Act as the primary solution partner for Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales stakeholders.
Provide strategic recommendations for process harmonization, supply chain maturity, and implementation roadmaps.
Coordinate with data, integration, and technical teams on data loads, interfaces, integrations, and automation.
Support executive reviews and communicate solution recommendations and implementation progress.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder / JDA SCPO or Cognitive IBP.
Expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Scheduling, and S&OP/IBP.
Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and best practices.
Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, UAT, and go-live activities.
Excellent client-facing, workshop facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.
