Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong healthcare provider experience to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and support technology solutions that improve clinical and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Analyze healthcare workflows, including EHR/EMR, clinical operations, and patient scheduling.
- Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Support UAT, system testing, and integration testing.
- Support EHR implementations and healthcare system integrations.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
- Track project issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and support user training.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of IT Business Analyst experience, with 5+ years in healthcare provider environments.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and EHR/EMR systems.
- Understanding of HL7 and FHIR.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
