Epic Cadence Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst to support Epic Patient Access applications, including Cadence and Prelude. The ideal candidate will design, build, test, and optimize scheduling, registration, admission, authorization, and patient access workflows. The role also involves leading Epic upgrades, troubleshooting application issues, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills:

• Active/current Epic Cadence Certification
• 4+ years of healthcare IT experience
• 4+ years of experience with Epic Patient Access workflows, including scheduling, registration, patient flow, Real-Time Eligibility (RTE), and insurance verification
• Strong expertise in Epic configuration, build, testing, upgrades, and support
• Experience with Decision Trees
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Active/current Epic Prelude or Epic Referrals Certification
• Completed Epic Continued Epic Education (CEE)
• 2+ years of team leadership or mentoring experience
• Knowledge of healthcare operational policies, procedures, and patient access workflows
