We are seeking an experienced Senior RTE Analyst with strong expertise in Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE). The ideal candidate will work closely with Patient Access teams to design, build, and optimize RTE workflows, lead Epic upgrade and enhancement initiatives, and mentor team members on Epic best practices.
Required Skills:
- Expert-level experience in Epic RTE implementation, configuration, and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of Patient Access workflows
- Experience leading Epic upgrades, enhancements, testing, and workflow optimization
- Ability to mentor team members on Epic functionality, documentation, and change management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
