Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic Radiant/Cupid Analyst to support the design, configuration, testing, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic Radiant and Cupid applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to analyze workflows, gather business requirements, and deliver effective Epic solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Epic Radiant and Cupid applications.
Gather, analyze, and document clinical and operational workflow requirements.
Translate business requirements into system build, configuration, and enhancement activities.
Perform application build, maintenance, upgrades, and optimization tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, operational, technical, and training teams.
Develop, execute, and support unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing activities.
Validate system functionality and ensure solutions align with organizational requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, incidents, and enhancement requests.
Support system upgrades, change management, and release activities.
Create and maintain documentation related to workflows, build decisions, testing, and support processes.
Assist with go-live preparation, stabilization, and post-implementation support.
Provide end-user guidance, workflow recommendations, and system optimization support.
Ensure adherence to organizational standards, best practices, and change control processes.
Required Qualifications
Active Epic Radiant certification.
Experience supporting Epic Radiant workflows and application build activities.
Experience gathering requirements and translating them into system configuration.
Experience with application testing, validation, and issue resolution.
Strong understanding of healthcare clinical workflows.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
