Job Title: Epic Ambulatory / MyChart Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Epic Ambulatory / MyChart Analyst with experience supporting Epic outpatient workflows and patient engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, optimization, testing, and support of Epic Ambulatory and MyChart applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Ambulatory and MyChart modules.
- Gather and analyze business and clinical requirements.
- Support application enhancements, upgrades, testing, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and technical teams to improve workflows.
- Provide documentation, training, and ongoing production support.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Epic Ambulatory and/or MyChart applications.
- Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and patient portal functionality.
- Experience with system configuration, testing, and implementation support.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Epic Ambulatory and/or MyChart certification preferred.
