Job Summary:
We are seeking a Health Rules Payer (HRP) Configuration Analyst with experience in configuring and supporting payer business processes within the HealthEdge Health Rules Payer platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to implement benefit plans, claims processing rules, and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Health Rules Payer (HRP) components, including benefits, products, providers, and claims.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams on system enhancements.
- Ensure configuration accuracy and compliance with payer business rules.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with HealthEdge Health Rules Payer (HRP).
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations, claims, benefits, and provider management.
- Experience in configuration, testing, and implementation support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- HealthEdge certification or related payer system experience is a plus.
