Job Summary:
We are seeking an Epic Patient Access Analyst with experience supporting Epic Patient Access applications, including scheduling, registration, and referral management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, workflow optimization, testing, and end-user support to enhance patient access operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Epic Patient Access applications.
- Support scheduling, registration, referrals, and patient intake workflows.
- Gather business requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to improve patient access processes.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Epic Patient Access applications (Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, or related modules).
- Strong understanding of patient registration and scheduling workflows.
- Experience in Epic configuration, testing, and implementation support.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Epic Patient Access certification preferred.
