Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Senior Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of PeopleSoft Financials solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, delivering scalable solutions aligned with financial processes and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Functional & Consulting
Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Lead the design and configuration of PeopleSoft Financials modules to meet business needs.
Provide subject matter expertise on financial processes and best practices.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations to support user adoption.
Implementation & Support
Oversee end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and enhancements of PeopleSoft Financials applications.
Perform system testing, develop test scripts, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing system support.
Conduct impact analysis for change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Technical Development & Integration
Develop custom solutions using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and File Layouts.
Design and implement integrations with external systems using Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based interfaces.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance optimization.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, offshore teams, and third-party vendors.
Participate in Agile or structured delivery processes to ensure timely project execution.
Maintain clear technical and functional documentation.
