Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Stibo STEP MDM/PIM Architect with 12+ years of MDM experience to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale Master Data Management solutions. The role demands strong hands-on technical expertise, customer-facing leadership, and the ability to drive high-quality, scalable implementations using best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM solutions

• Drive requirements gathering and high-level design workshops with business and technical stakeholders

• Guide project teams through full lifecycle STEP implementations using best practices

• Define data governance strategies, workflows, business rules, and data migration approaches

• Configure, build, and unit test STEP components including data models, roles, workflows, and portals

• Collaborate with business analysts to design future-state business processes

• Prepare detailed technical and design documentation

Skills & Requirements:

• 12+ years of MDM implementation experience with 3–4 full lifecycle Stibo STEP implementations

• Strong hands-on expertise in Stibo STEP MDM/PIM configuration, integration, and deployment

• Deep understanding of Product, Supplier, and Customer data models

• Proven customer-facing experience with strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
