Technical lead - IOS, Android, Java

We have an urgent requirement for one Onsite Tech Lead to work from the customer office in Dallas, TX.

Role: Tech Lead – Mobile Reliability & Observability
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite – no remote)
Start: Immediate / ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive reliability, observability, and operational excellence for mobile (iOS & Android) applications

• Lead design and implementation of monitoring, alerting, and reliability frameworks

• Define SLIs/SLOs for mobile and web platforms

• Oversee proactive monitoring dashboards and scripts

• Lead RCA activities and implement preventive measures

• Collaborate with Dev, QA, and DevOps teams to embed reliability into SDLC

• Mentor team members and drive DevOps maturity roadmap

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Azure Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and observability tools

• Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Node.js

• Deep knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) architectures

• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and incident management workflows

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native automation
