Job Description:

Duration: 3-Month Initial Contract (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship driven Healthcare Marketing Consultant to support outreach and engagement initiatives across healthcare providers and key stakeholders. This role requires a proactive individual who can build trust, drive meaningful conversations, and establish long-term strategic partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to connect with healthcare providers, clinics, and partner organizations
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare landscape
  • Represent the organization in meetings, events, and strategic discussions to expand network and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support RFP/RFI responses, including content development, coordination, and submission
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, product, delivery) to align messaging and value propositions
  • Track engagement efforts and provide insights to improve outreach effectiveness
  • Perform cold calling, email outreach, and attending events.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in healthcare marketing, provider engagement, or business development
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working on RFPs/RFIs and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of healthcare ecosystem (providers, payers, health systems) preferred
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
