Job Title: Epic ECSA (Enterprise Client Systems Administrator)
Role Type: Contract/Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Epic ECSA with strong experience in Windows Server administration and automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing Epic infrastructure to ensure system stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Epic client systems and related infrastructure
- Manage Windows Server environments, including performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation and system efficiency
- Support system upgrades, patches, and security compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and system enhancements
Required Skills:
- Epic ECSA Certification (mandatory)
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration (or 4+ years in lieu of degree)
- Strong scripting and automation experience (PowerShell or similar)
- Good understanding of system performance, security, and troubleshooting
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare IT environments and Epic ecosystem
