Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Patient Access Analyst with strong expertise in Epic Cadence, Referrals, and Decision Trees. The ideal candidate will support build, configuration, and optimization of patient access workflows to improve scheduling efficiency and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Epic Cadence scheduling modules
- Build and manage Epic referral workflows
- Design and optimize decision trees for patient access processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Support testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation enhancements
Required Skills:
- Epic Cadence Certification (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Epic Referrals
- Strong experience in Epic Decision Tree configuration
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare workflows and patient access operations
