We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Meditech experience to support healthcare IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and support system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work on Meditech modules, configuration, and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational teams
- Support system implementation, upgrades, and issue resolution
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure delivery
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare
- Hands-on experience with Meditech (any module)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
- Experience in Meditech implementation or upgrade projects
- Knowledge of healthcare workflows and regulatory standards
