Job Description:
Epic Resolute Systems Analyst (HB Required, PB Preferred)
We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Systems Analyst to support and optimize HB/PB billing applications across the revenue cycle. This role involves designing, building, testing, and maintaining Epic Resolute functionality, ensuring accurate billing, claims processing, and compliance. The analyst will partner with Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, HIM, and Finance teams to align system solutions with business workflows, support production issues, perform impact analysis, and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Epic Resolute (HB required, PB preferred) experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and billing workflows
- Experience in Epic build, testing, and production support
- Epic Resolute HB certification required (PB preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Clarity, Caboodle, RWB
- Exposure to large healthcare systems and Epic upgrades
