STIBO STEP MDM Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Stibo STEP MDM Architect with deep expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable Stibo STEP solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementations aligned with best practices.

This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development experience, and the ability to drive end-to-end MDM initiatives across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM solutions.
Conduct requirements gathering sessions and facilitate high-level design workshops.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture.
Define and implement data governance frameworks, including policies, standards, and processes.
Design and develop data models for Product, Supplier, and Customer domains.
Prepare detailed technical design documents, including data migration strategies.
Define workflows, business rules, and integration specifications for STEP solutions.
Configure, build, and test STEP components such as data structures, roles, workflows, and portals.
Lead cross-functional teams and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable MDM solutions.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to design optimized business processes.
Ensure adherence to best practices in integration, APIs, and data quality management.
