Technical Specialist – Network & Audio Visual Expert
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Specialist with expertise in networking and Audio-Visual (AV) systems to design, implement, and support integrated solutions across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi)
- Deploy and support AV systems including video conferencing, displays, and control systems
- Troubleshoot network and AV issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Collaborate with IT and business teams for system integration and upgrades
- Monitor system performance, security, and reliability
- Provide technical documentation and end-user support
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in networking and AV systems support
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and wireless technologies
- Experience with AV tools (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron/Extron)
- Hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with network security and monitoring tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CCNA, AVIXA CTS, or equivalent
- Experience in enterprise or large-scale environments
- Knowledge of structured cabling and system integration
