Senior Salesforce Developer
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, support integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture
- Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Optimize performance of Salesforce applications (Apex, SOQL, workflows)
- Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Business Analysts, Admins, and Architects
- Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps practices
- Ensure system scalability, security, and data integrity
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce data modeling
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Salesforce CLI)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
