Role Overview
Seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst to support configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the Epic Ambulatory module, ensuring efficient outpatient clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Epic Ambulatory workflows and system settings
- Analyze clinical workflows and recommend system improvements
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with clinicians and operational teams to enhance usability
- Develop reports and support data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Epic Ambulatory certification (preferred)
- 3+ years of Epic application support experience
- Strong understanding of outpatient clinical workflows
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
