Job Title: Manager – Non-Clinical (Supply Chain Manager)
Duration: 12 Months (Contract to Hire)
Travel: 50–75%
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing and contract management for non-clinical categories, including purchased services, facilities, capital equipment, and IT-related items. This role is highly contract-focused and requires strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and contract negotiations for purchased services (EVS, food & nutrition, laundry/linen, security, waste management, dialysis services)
- Manage sourcing for facilities maintenance, capital equipment, and IT categories
- Structure and execute RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for complex service agreements
- Analyze spend data and develop business cases to drive cost savings
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership and Value Analysis Committees
- Manage and mentor support staff (Sr. Consultants, Consultants, Analysts)
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of healthcare supply chain experience
- 3+ years managing non-clinical categories (purchased services, facilities, food/nutrition, EVS, capital)
- Strong experience with RFP/RFI/RFQ processes (mandatory)
- Proven contract negotiation experience with service vendors
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
