Job Title: Tapestry UM Analyst
Job Summary:
The Tapestry UM Analyst is responsible for supporting Utilization Management (UM) workflows within the Epic Tapestry system. This role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing UM processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborating with clinical and operational teams to enhance system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain UM workflows, rules, and work queues in Tapestry
- Support prior authorization, referral, and case management processes
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and upgrades
- Perform testing, validation, and documentation of system changes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working with Epic Tapestry, specifically UM modules
- Strong understanding of Utilization Management processes in healthcare
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards and workflows
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Epic Tapestry certification (UM module preferred)
- Experience in managed care or payer environments
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
