Job Title: OnBase Analyst
Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing the OnBase system to streamline document management and business workflows. Works closely with stakeholders to enhance system performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain OnBase solutions and workflows
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system enhancements
- Troubleshoot issues and provide user support
- Manage document capture, storage, and retrieval processes
- Ensure system security, compliance, and data integrity
- Collaborate with IT and business teams for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Experience with OnBase or similar ECM tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of document management and workflow automation
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
