Job Title: FHIR Product Owner
Job Summary:
Owns the roadmap and delivery of healthcare interoperability solutions based on FHIR, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Acts as the bridge between stakeholders, clinical teams, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product roadmap for FHIR-based solutions
- Gather and prioritize requirements from business and clinical stakeholders
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver interoperable APIs and integrations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and data regulations
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong understanding of FHIR and healthcare data standards
- Experience in product ownership or agile environments
- Knowledge of healthcare systems (EHR/EMR integrations preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
