Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and optimizing the utilization of Tapestry benefits by ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and effective usage. The role focuses on improving benefit efficiency, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze Tapestry benefit utilization trends
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of benefit usage
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize benefit efficiency
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements in utilization processes
- Provide support and guidance to employees on benefit usage
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with benefits management systems (preferred)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
