HealthEdge Configuration Analyst – Job Description (Short)
A HealthEdge Configuration Analyst is responsible for configuring and maintaining the HealthEdge platform (e.g., HealthRules) to support health plan operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure benefits, claims, providers, and pricing within HealthEdge systems
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Perform testing (UAT, regression) to ensure accurate claims processing
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and support production defects
- Collaborate with business, IT, and operations teams
- Maintain documentation of configurations and processes
Required Skills:
- Experience with HealthEdge (HealthRules Payor preferred)
- Knowledge of healthcare payer domain (claims, benefits, enrollment)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- SQL and data analysis basics
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
