Job Title: Epic Application Analyst (Ambulatory Certified)
Location: Hybrid – 20% Onsite (1–2 days per week)
Duration: 3+ Months (with possible extension)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Application Analyst with active Ambulatory certification to support implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Epic systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clinical and technical teams to ensure efficient system performance and workflow alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support build, configuration, and maintenance of Epic Ambulatory modules
- Analyze workflows and recommend system improvements
- Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support
- Collaborate with stakeholders for system enhancements and upgrades
- Participate in testing, validation, and documentation activities
Requirements:
- Active Epic Ambulatory Certification (required)
- Prior experience as an Epic Application Analyst
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid onsite/offsite environment
