Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Lead to drive process optimization, operational excellence, and system improvements across enterprise programs. The role involves analyzing existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing scalable solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
Business Process Reengineering focuses on redesigning workflows to improve efficiency, cost, and performance across organizations .
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 14+ years of overall professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in Business Process Reengineering / Process Improvement
- 2+ years of experience in grant management systems or government-funded programs
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership experience in cross-functional environments
- Proficiency in tools such as:
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Azure DevOps
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.
