Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Epic Orders workflows (CPOE, order sets, protocols, preference lists, decision support).
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and ancillary departments to gather requirements and deliver system solutions.
- Support system testing, validation, and change management activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues through ServiceNow or escalate when needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CMS, Joint Commission, state policies).
- Coordinate with other Epic module teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Participate in on-call support for orders-related issues.
