Job Title: Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst

Job Summary:
The Epic Resolute PB Analyst is responsible for the design, build, implementation, and support of the Epic Professional Billing (PB) module. This role collaborates with clinical, billing, and IT teams to optimize revenue cycle workflows, ensure system integrity, and support end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, build, and maintain Epic Resolute PB module

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions

• Support charge capture, coding, billing, and reimbursement workflows

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing production support

• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize revenue cycle processes

• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and enhancements

• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials

Required Qualifications:

• Epic Resolute PB Certification (or Proficiency)

• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle / professional billing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of claims, coding, and reimbursement processes

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Epic implementations or upgrades

• Knowledge of EDI, clearinghouses, and payer workflows

• Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Epic Reporting Workbench, Clarity)
