Job Summary:
We are seeking an Epic Certified Patient Access Analyst with expertise in Epic Cadence and/or Epic Prelude to support system configuration, optimization, and end-user support for patient access workflows including scheduling, registration, and insurance verification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic Cadence and/or Epic Prelude modules.

  • Support patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and front-end workflows.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Epic system build and enhancements.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide tier 2/3 application support.

  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to improve patient access processes.

  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and go-live support.

  • Maintain documentation for workflows, configurations, and change requests.

Required Qualifications:

  • Epic Certification in Cadence and/or Prelude (active certification required).

  • Experience supporting Epic Patient Access workflows.

  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, registration, and insurance processes.

  • Experience with system build, testing, and implementation support.

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
