Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Epic Certified Patient Access Analyst with expertise in Epic Cadence and/or Epic Prelude to support system configuration, optimization, and end-user support for patient access workflows including scheduling, registration, and insurance verification.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic Cadence and/or Epic Prelude modules.

Support patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and front-end workflows.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into Epic system build and enhancements.

Troubleshoot system issues and provide tier 2/3 application support.

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to improve patient access processes.

Participate in system upgrades, testing, and go-live support.

Maintain documentation for workflows, configurations, and change requests.
Required Qualifications:

Epic Certification in Cadence and/or Prelude (active certification required).

Experience supporting Epic Patient Access workflows.

Strong knowledge of scheduling, registration, and insurance processes.

Experience with system build, testing, and implementation support.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
