Job Description:
Job Title: Epic Go-Live Support Analyst
Job Summary
The Epic Go-Live Support Analyst provides at-the-elbow (ATE) support during Epic system implementations and go-live events. This role assists clinicians, operational staff, and end users with real-time workflow support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure a smooth transition to the Epic Systems Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform.
Key Responsibilities

Provide at-the-elbow support to physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff during Epic go-live events

Assist users with navigation, documentation workflows, order entry, and clinical decision support tools

Troubleshoot basic system, workflow, and access issues and escalate complex problems appropriately

Educate end users on Epic best practices and standard workflows

Document issues and resolutions in ticketing systems

Support modules such as:

EpicCare Ambulatory
-
EpicCare Inpatient
-
ClinDoc
-
Orders
-
ASAP
-
Willow
-
Revenue Cycle modules (Resolute Professional/Hospital Billing)

Participate in command center operations during go-live

Provide feedback to build teams on workflow gaps or optimization opportunities
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience supporting EHR systems (Epic preferred)

Strong understanding of clinical or revenue cycle workflows

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends during go-live

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
-
Epic certification or proficiency in one or more modules
-
Previous go-live or at-the-elbow support experience
-
Clinical background (RN, LPN, MA, etc.) or healthcare operations experience

Experience in hospital or ambulatory care settings
