Job Description:
Job Summary:
The Epic Cadence Analyst is responsible for the implementation, optimization, support, and maintenance of the Epic Cadence (Scheduling) module. The analyst works closely with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to design and configure scheduling workflows that improve efficiency, patient access, and overall system performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements related to patient scheduling and access workflows

Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic Cadence module

Support implementation and upgrade projects

Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution

Design scheduling templates, provider calendars, visit types, and appointment rules
-
Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Registration, and Clinical teams

Participate in system testing (Unit, Integrated, and User Acceptance Testing)

Develop and maintain documentation for workflows and system configurations

Provide end-user training and ongoing support

Ensure system compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications:
-
Epic Cadence Certification (Required)

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, Business, or related field

2–5+ years of experience in Epic Cadence build/support

Strong understanding of patient access and scheduling workflows
-
Experience with Epic upgrades and enhancements
-
Knowledge of SDLC and change management processes
