Epic MyChart Analyst

The Epic MyChart Analyst is responsible for the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Epic MyChart module. This role focuses on enhancing patient engagement by managing portal functionality, ensuring seamless integration with clinical and revenue workflows, and improving digital patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to patient portal workflows

• Configure, build, test, and maintain the Epic MyChart module

• Implement and support MyChart features such as eCheck-in, appointment scheduling, messaging, results release, and bill payment

• Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and IT teams to optimize patient-facing workflows

• Manage MyChart security classes, user access, and proxy access

• Support upgrades, system enhancements, and new feature implementation

• Troubleshoot portal-related issues and provide timely resolution

• Conduct system testing (Unit, Integrated, UAT)

• Develop and maintain system documentation

• Provide training and guidance to end users and stakeholders

• Monitor portal utilization and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Epic MyChart Certification (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, Business, or related field

• 2–5+ years of experience in Epic MyChart build/support

• Strong understanding of patient engagement and portal workflow
